Ami Yares, an offspring of the sprawling New Jersey suburbs, a child of Philadelphia born not far from the Liberty Bell’s echo found his voice and fervor for songwriting on Mediterranean shores. Influenced by his American folk music upbringing as well as his heritage’s tragedy and triumph.
